Physalis - September

Diesen Monat habe ich Physalis gewählt, auch Lampionblume,Blasenkirsche,Judenkirsche oder Kapstachelbeere genannt.

Sie gehört zur Familie der Solanaceae.

Meine Sorte ist nicht eßbar, das ist die Sorte Physalis peruvianum.

Dies ist vorerst die letzte Stickvorlage, es sind jetzt 9 Vorlagen, so dass ein schöner 3x3 Quilt dabei herauskommt.

Für die restlichen Monate Oktober, November, Dezember nehme ich gerne Vorschläge von Euch entgegen und würde sie später gerne umsetzen. Bitte schreibt doch Kommentare in diesen Post.

Nun wird erst mal Urlaub gemacht.

This is the last pattern.

The Quilt will mesure 3 by 3 blocks and I think this will look nice.

Storchenschnabel - Crane's Bill

Storchenschnabel wächst zur Zeit reichlich in meinem Garten, deshalb habe ich diesen Monat diese Pflanze gewählt. Der Pollen ist mit dem Bullion Stich gestickt.

There is a lot of crane's bill in my garden, that's why I've chosen this plant. The pollen is stitched with the bullion knot.

Mai/May - Aquilegia vulgaris

Diesen Monat habe ich eine meiner Lieblingsblumen gewählt, eine Akelei - Aquilegia. Ich finde die Blütenform so schön und auch die Farben verzaubern mich jedesmal auf's Neue.

This month I chose one of my favorite flowers Grannys Nightcap or European Columbine - Aquilegia. I love it because of its flower shape and its colours. It's so charming.
